Common questions
Is the free limit 50 answers per month?
No. Free means 50 answers per single survey, not per month. A new survey gets its own 50. When one survey hits 50, that survey stops taking new answers until you move to the paid plan.
What do I get on the paid plan, in one sentence?
Unlimited answers, your logo, and written answers grouped into themes.
How much do I save if I pay once a year?
You save 84 dollars compared with paying 20 dollars every month for a year. That is 35 percent less. The yearly total is 156 dollars.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page. Payment goes through Stripe. After you cancel, the account goes back to the free plan.
What happens to my surveys after I cancel?
The surveys stay. Extra question types, your logo, grouped comments, and hiding “Powered by Nice Forms” turn off. A survey that already has more than 50 answers stops taking new ones until you pay again.
Are payments safe?
Yes. Stripe handles the card. Nice Forms never stores the full card number.
Can a survey change questions based on the last answer?
No. Nice Forms has no branching. That is why it stays simple. If you need questions that hide or change, pick another tool.
Do I pay extra for teammates?
No. Teammates are unlimited on the free plan and on the paid plan.
Can I share a survey without asking people to create an account?
Yes. Share a link, a scan code, a 6-digit join code, or a block on your website. People who answer never need a Nice Forms account.
Can I talk to a person?
Yes. Use the contact page if you have a question about the paid plan.
Still unsure?
A person will reply. We do not use a phone queue.
